Hello
My name is Sue and I have lived on the Southern Costa Blanca since January 2004.
I have owned a property here since the end of 2001 and after several enjoyable holidays I decided to live here permanently. A major decision to take but one I have never looked back on.
From mid 2002 I set up a website helping others rent their properties to holidymakers. Since January 2004 I have been here looking after properties on the Southern Costa Blanca for people that live in the UK.
I know the problems that can arise when not employing the right person to look after a property, I went through a couple of bad experiences, so I provide a very reliable, professional and legal service.
I have a reliable team that can help out with day to day looking after of the properties, such as cleaning and when anything goes wrong with the property I have skilled tradesmen that will sort out problems quickly.
